Director, Performance Management (all genders)

We are on the lookout for a Director, Performance Management (all genders) to join the International Markets team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In the International Markets team, we help define Delivery Hero’s strategy and cascade it to our 70+ markets, while ensuring local insights and priorities are taken onboard into global strategy and plans.

Our team acts as the POC between the HQ and our regional/local leadership teams, acting as advisors and providing hands-on support when needed.

In this role, you will:

• Work within a team focused on providing the company’s most senior management with the insights they need to define our strategy

• Directly manage a team of generalists and business intelligence analysts who provide performance management reporting and insights

• Drive performance management by working closely with Regional Directors for each of the company’s  segments, as well as a wider set of functions including Q-Commerce, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Logistics

• Monitor and challenge the business’ performance, both operational and financial, and highlight ways to improve it with supporting analysis

• Present your insights and recommendations to key decision-makers, including C-level management, Regional Directors, and local management teams

• Help set targets for local management teams in Delivery Hero’s 70+ markets, and support senior management with ad-hoc reports and other critical topics

• You have 7+ years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, business development, or e-commerce 

• You are highly motivated, willing to take ownership of tasks, and determined to see projects through to completion

• You are able to create structured solutions while working independently in a fast-paced professional environment

• You have a high degree of comfort with financial statements and business analytics, and are adept at making decisions based on both intuition and data

• You enjoy solving complex data problems in Excel and have high attention to detail

• You are a hands-on team player with outstanding communication skills
