Digital Learning and Communication Executive - Hybrid

• Being responsible for the production of digital content to be used in the training and communication processes of restaurants that are business partners of Yemeksepeti,
• To strive to provide a better training experience by managing a working process that will ensure continuous improvement for all design products,
• To create quality scenario flows for the digital training contents to be prepared,
• To contribute to the process by providing suggestions, especially designs, for the continuous development of LMS,
• Managing collaborative work pieces and producing English training content where necessary, keeping in close contact with other companies within Delivery Hero,
• To contribute to the process by conducting research on gamification and mobile learning systems.

• Must have at least 3-4 years of work experience,
• Fluency in both verbal and written English is a must,
• Having in-depth knowledge and experience in education development and digital content creation tools and methods (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere,  Articulate, Vyond, Canva and such),
• Experienced in Learning Management Systems (LMS),
• Strong knowledge of HTML,
• Technical aptitude and a thrive-change mentality with excellent motivational skills to follow up trends in education and digital content technologies,
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Experienced in reporting and data analysis,
• Strong follow-up, multitasking, problem solving skills,
• Knowledgeable about digital education and mobile learning platforms.
