Demand Planner

We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our fast-growing business. In this role, you will ensure the right products are available at the right time, by managing daily replenishment, optimizing stock levels, and maintaining strong collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. If you enjoy working with data, solving operational challenges, and driving efficiency, then this role is for you.
 

What you’ll do

• Manage and execute daily replenishment orders to suppliers, ensuring stock availability across the network.

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels based on key KPIs (service level, stock coverage, problematic stock control, order placement aligned with supplier commercial terms).

• Ensure stock levels remain within budget guidelines by closely tracking stock flow and forecasted needs.

• Leverage supplier commercial policies to secure additional discounts, incentives, and benefits aligned with purchasing plans.

• Oversee the full order lifecycle, from order placement to delivery at the warehouse, in close collaboration with the Receiving team.

• Resolve supplier-related issues, including product returns, short deliveries, delays, and deliveries that do not meet shelf-life or quality specifications.

• Work closely on a daily basis with cross-functional teams: Commercial, Finance/Accounting, Warehouse Operations, and Order Management.

• Maintain strong, consistent communication with suppliers, building trust and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Produce accurate reporting and insights to support demand planning and purchasing decisions.

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Previous experience in demand planning or inventory management will be considered a strong asset.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with numbers and KPIs.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both with internal teams and external partners.

• Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems or BI tools is a plus.

• Fluency in Greek and English.
