About the opportunity

At efood, we are looking for a Customer Care Supervisor who doesn't just manage a team but inspires excellence. If you are a natural-born leader with a data-driven mindset and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

You will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Head of Customer Care to shape our strategy and ensure that every  interaction is world-class.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise daily operations and support Team Leaders to ensure the department runs smoothly.

  • Collaborate with the Training team to identify coaching needs and mentor agents for better performance.

  • Handle high-level escalations and resolve complex customer complaints or legal issues.

  • Assist in developing and implementing new policies, ensuring they are effectively communicated to the team.

  • Monitor shift schedules in coordination with the Workforce Associate to ensure optimal coverage.

  • Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

  • Coordinate with other departments and participate in the recruitment process for new team members.


What you need to be successful

  • 2+ years of managerial experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.

  • Fluency in Greek and an excellent command of the English language.

  • University degree in Business Management or a related field; an MSc is considered a plus.

  • Advanced computer literacy, specifically in Excel, PowerPoint, and performance metrics.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, multitask, and think critically under pressure.

  • A data-driven mindset combined with strong empathy and communication skills.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
