CRM Executive - Hybrid

• Strategically enhance and adhere to the daily CRM schedule
• Evaluate ongoing lifecycle campaign progress and budget run rates in order to make decisions that align with the prioritized goals
• Support the development of CRM channels by collaborating with global and local stakeholders
• Report campaign performance with the relevant metrics and develop channel based strategies accordingly
• Utilize data-driven insights to segment users effectively
• Encourage daily communication and updatesbwith stakeholders throughout the business
• Define an A/B testing and optimization strategy for campaigns to drive ongoing improvement
• Maximize deliverability and performance outcomes
• Continuously improve collaboration
• Support colleagues on daily CRM activities
• Stay up to date on industry trends by sharing excellent campaign examples for continuous inspiration

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or Statistics
• At least 4 years of professional experience in CRM Campaign Management or Growth
• A good presenter and analyst, with the ability to persuade peers, seniors and stakeholders
• Have a good command of written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of Braze is a plus
• Basic to moderate HTML/CSS knowledge
• BI tools such as Tableau & Looker (or a similar tool) knowledge is preferable
• Efficient team player, multi-tasking and resilient with a strategic point of view
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive approach
• Strong analytical skills
• Results-driven and fact-based communication style
• Excellent eye for detail
