About the opportunity
As a Coordinator Rider On Ground Ops, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our 3PL partnerships.
What’s On Your Plate?
● Stakeholder Management: Liaising with various stakeholders ( Legal, City Teams, Rider Life Cycle, Performance, Supply) to drive projects to completion and ensure stakeholder needs are met.
● Project Tracking and Execution: Creating and tracking projects, coordinating with different teams, and conducting process enhancement based on stakeholder feedback.
● Communication and Reporting: Effective communication by creating and delivering communications related to 3PL engagement, ensuring timely reporting on project progress and insights.
● Data Analysis and Insights: Analysing data to derive insights and support strategic planning.
● 3PL Support and Engagement: Supporting 3PLs teams on various issues (AD permits, dashboard concerns) and driving engagement through initiatives
● Compliance Audits: Receive, verify, and submit all required 3PL documentation (e.g., trade licenses, insurance, delivery box permits, and bank documents).

Arabic is a plus.
● Preferred but not mandatory.
