Coordinator Rider On Ground Ops

Managing and improving the rider performance of allocated zone/s within a city. Taking ownership of rider service levels by measuring compliance, finding performance gaps and executing a plan to fill performance related gaps.

What’s On Your Plate?

• Coordinating Rider Recruitment for the allocated zones and sticking to the given monthly targets.
• Coordinating rider's internal systems with the proper allocation of shifts and days-off for DK full-time, breaks and absences for all 3PLs’ riders.
• Working daily on 3PLs’ requests sheets (incl. re-activations, changing vehicle types, etc.) and be proactive and responsive to all their emails.
• Generating daily cash blocks (incl. cash block removal) and weekly bulk-terminations for all 3PLs.
• Coordinating with riders to solve customer or vendor’s order-related issues and making sure to investigate and do the needful.
• Tracking rider-related Issues, and maintaining a good rapport with the 3PLs, as well as their riders who seek Talabat for help and assistance.
• Welcoming daily 3PL visitors and making sure to provide them with the required support they are seeking for. 
• Working on the daily financial issues raised by the 3PLs' fleet and following-up with the Finance team to ensure the completion of the requests.

What Did We Order?

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or in any relevant field
• 0-1 years of experience in Logistics / customer support and/or Operations
• Fluent in Arabic and English languages (verbal and written)
• Proficient in MS-Office products (specifically Excel), G-sheets proficiency is a plus!
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking and results-driven
