Coordinator Rider Acquisition

●Freelancers recruitment through different channels (Social Media, WhatsApp groups, Mainly Offline channels, etc).
● Execute outdoor campaigns to fulfill our Freelancers pipeline.
● Develop various, creative pipelines to increase rider supply.
● Implement best practices for rider acquisition and marketing.
● Daily potential freelancers contact to follow up on the onboarding process.
● Closely monitor conversion rates in the acquisition funnel and take actions to improve this continuously.
● Improve the number of successful applications (Lead-to-Street), by decreasing the duration (Days) and increasing the percentage.
● Identifying best acquisition channels with a clear analysis of conversion rates and cost per acquisition

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-commerce or Communications

• 0-1 years of experience in operations, digital/performance marketing

• Communication skills (Written and Verbal)

• Basic knowledge on Canva and Ads content creation

• Customer Service & networking Skills

• Social Media Skills

• Decision Making Skills

• Fluent in both languages Arabic and English

•  Driving License
