About the opportunity

Assist with the maintenance of accurate articles: 

-Supports the uploads of updated macros and other content to multiple platforms: SalesForce, HelpJuice/Knowledge Base, and PandaCare

-Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision

-Able to work on multiple projects while delivering within deadlines

Support articles updates in line with latest SOP releases: 

-Keep abreast of monthly SOP updates and assist Manager to update relevant content accordingly

-Ensure that SOP updates are accurate and uploaded in a timely manner

Liaising with local teams for translations: 

-Monitor content translations, and ensure completion within strict deadlines

Assist Manager with other tasks on an ad hoc basis: 

-Support Manager with ongoing projects on an ad hoc basis


What you need to be successful

  • Good English communication skills

  • Familiarity with CS SOPs 

  • Meticulous and high attention to detail
