Delivery Hero is looking for a Commercial Analyst (f/m/d) to join the European regional Q-Commerce team. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 7 different country organisations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. You will report to the Local Shops Vendor Growth Lead, Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development:

• Design and build comprehensive dashboards to visualise key metrics and performance indicators.
• Create new metrics and reports to fill existing gaps and address emerging business needs.
• Centralise data from multiple sources to provide a unified view for tracking sessions, Gross Merchandise Volume and financial performance across various markets.

Promotions Tracking:

• Develop methods to monitor and manage promotional budgets effectively.
• Oversee the financial flow related to promotions, ensuring clear visibility of spending across all markets.

Data Integration:

• Manage and optimise the integration of data from external vendors, ensuring seamless API integration for promotional data.
• Address and resolve issues related to vendor data integration.

Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct in-depth analyses of market-specific data to uncover trends and insights.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights.
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of complex data sets.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis
• Proven experience in building dashboards and metrics from scratch.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Tableau and BigQuery.
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of data visualisation and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proactive and driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions.
• Assertive and able to gather necessary information from various teams and stakeholders effectively.
