Business Development Coordinator

We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our foodpanda Shops growth. This role acts as the operational backbone for our sales team, driving seamless vendor onboarding, catalog management, and pipeline support to ensure our partners go live efficiently.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
Working closely with the sales team, you will receive full guidance and hands-on training to:
 

• Manage and drive end-to-end merchant onboarding workflows using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Content, QC, and Operations teams to process accounts smoothly and ensure quick turnarounds.
• Oversee catalog onboarding, including image and product uploading according to quality guidelines.
• Assist with reviewing, qualifying, and managing inbound leads to support top-of-funnel efficiency.
• Record onboarding progress, lead statuses, and key operational updates accurately within CRM tools.
• Identify process bottlenecks to refine and improve the partner onboarding journey.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in sales operations, e-commerce, or coordination is an added advantage.
• While experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus, a willingness to learn digital tools is the most essential
• Proficient with Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs).
• Strong attention to detail when managing content uploads, partner data, and documentation.
• Effective communication skills in English to coordinate smoothly with cross-functional teams.
• Eager to learn, positive attitude, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.
