Business Development & Pricing Lead (Hybrid)

• You drive pricing (delivery fee) analyses, provide A/B testing recommendations and work with local teams to deliver price optimisations in countries and cities
• You monitor and analyse the pricing performance in Turkey and proactively highlight areas for improvement and optimisation
• You provide senior management with regular performance reports, insights and presentations
• You work closely with the local Logistics teams as well as the Regional and Central Delivery Hero pricing teams
• You love working with our pricing products, will become a power user of and evangelist for the Yemeksepeti pricing product stack
• Based on feedback from the country operations and your experience, you provide input to the global logistics product team on improving the pricing products
• You are able to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders, influence, and attain the requisite buy-in in a structured way
• You work on cross-functional projects and engage with multiple business units.

• You gained at least 7-10 years of professional experience in management consulting, tech and/or food delivery company, mobility or other dynamic role.
• You earned a university degree in engineering or economics.
• You possess a hands-on mentality and logical thinking skills.
• You are a high performer capable of creating impact through data driven decisions.
• You have a solid understanding of SQL and data visualisation.
• You are highly motivated and communicative, independent and pragmatic in handling business challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• You are highly curious and happy to challenge the status quo.
• You possess fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• You have people management experience
