Job description


About the opportunity

  • Evaluate existing processes and outline business process improvements regularly to provide an amazing service and customer experience to our customers.
  • Identify opportunities for automating processes to improve efficiency.
  • Closely and regularly identify, monitor, follow up and resolve tasks and pain points for stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and bring new insights.
  • Participate in monthly and weekly calls with Delivery Hero central teams, and arrange calls with other entities as well.
  • Aggregate data across geographic points to create accurate metrics using location-based analysis, enable data cross-referencing, and gain deep insights into product performance, market trends, and more.
  • Selection and availability of suppliers in our applications, managing projects to maximize the likelihood of a customer placing an order..
  • Create guidelines & documentation & workflows to increase productivity.
  • You drive pricing (delivery fee) analyses, provide A/B testing recommendations and work with local teams to deliver price optimisations in countries and cities
  • You monitor and analyse the pricing performance in Turkey and proactively highlight areas for improvement and optimisation.

What you need to be successful

  • 5 years of relevant business analysis, process development, customer experience, and/or project management experience.
  • Experience in e-commerce, delivery, retail, or telco is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Having experience in agile methodology and working with tools e.g. Jira and Confluence are a plus.
  • Process-driven mindset and the ability to work independently and in close collaboration with local and global process/business/product owners
  • Having a design thinking approach.
  • Strong project management, follow- up, multitasking, and outstanding communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset. Analytical and problem-solving skills based on facts and performance data to deliver improvements.
  • Ability to create and give presentations to local and global stakeholders and management teams.
  • Have a sense of urgency and high energy levels with time management skills.
  • Takes initiative and consistently goes beyond expectations.
  • Ability to look at the big-picture when needed while being detail-oriented
  • You have a solid understanding of SQL and data visualisation. Good Knowledge of SQL, Tabelau, Looker ext.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Data Studio etc. and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets.
