Program Overview
Our 3-month incubation journey is designed to equip you with the skills, exposure, and confidence to thrive:
- Month 1: Instructional Training
Dive into business essentials, understand how talabat operates, and build a strong foundation in AI and digital innovation. - Months 2 & 3: Rotational On-the-Job Training
Get hands-on experience across different teams, work on real projects, and learn directly from our experts. - Post-Program Placement
Upon successful completion, participants will be placed in one of our departments at talabat, kickstarting their career with us.

Requirements:
- UAE National (with Family Book)
- Currently a student based in the UAE
- Available to attend 2 full days per week in the office
- Fluent in English
- Open to all majors

Who we are

Today, we deliver hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items, and other products per year, to our customers in nine countries throughout the region with more than 4,500+ employees! Our food delivery business works with over 27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches.
Our q-commerce concept, talabat mart (121 Stores), now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less! Our philosophy is to ensure we do what is suitable for our ecosystem- our customers, partners, people, riders, and the communities in which we operate.
