About the opportunity

As the B2B Sales Lead, you are the strategic architect of your market, responsible for defining the acquisition strategy and commanding the performance of your Field Sales team. You will lead through elite people management and tactical coaching, ensuring your team maintains an aggressive acquisition pace to dominate the territory. Your mission is to drive operational excellence and empower your specialists to maximize their financial potential through our uncapped commission structure, ensuring high-volume success across your entire territory.

Raise the Bar - Lead, coach, and develop your field sales team to ensure consistent over-achievement of acquisition targets and quality benchmarks. You set the standard for excellence, pushing the team to reach new performance peaks.


Dive Deep - Analyze market performance data, competitive landscapes, and individual pipeline health to define and execute winning weekly, monthly, and quarterly acquisition strategies. You use data to stay ahead of market shifts and territory trends.


Bring Good Vibes - Recruit, train, and retain elite sales talent while fostering a high-energy, results-oriented culture. You build an environment where high-velocity success is celebrated and talent thrives.

Own It - Drive total accountability for sales processes, CRM accuracy, and ethical practices. You ensure that all field activity and commission payouts strictly adhere to company standards and process integrity.


Stay Humble - Act as the primary liaison between your team and cross-functional partners, gathering field insights to remove roadblocks. You remain grounded in the "on-the-street" reality to ensure strategic alignment and collective growth.


What you need to be successful

  • Proven Leadership Mastery - You bring 2–3+ years of direct people management experience, specifically leading high-volume acquisition teams within transactional sales environments. You have a documented track record of driving teams to exceed aggressive growth targets through disciplined execution.
  • Tactical Coaching & Strategy - You are a master coach with the expertise to optimize fieldwork, manage high-velocity pipelines, and refine transactional negotiation skills at scale. You possess the strategic planning and budget management capabilities required to architect and execute a winning territory roadmap.
  • Elite Industry Advantage - We give a significant advantage to candidates from high-velocity sales backgrounds, including Merchant Acquisition, FinTech/SaaS Field Sales (SMB focus), or high-frequency FMCG B2B. You understand the specific rhythms and pressures of these industries and can lead a team to win within them immediately.
