We are now looking for our Associate, Rider Recruitment who will play a key role in supporting potential new riders through our application process.
Where does the position belong? You'll be joining our Logistics department, working closely with the Hiring & Quality Team Lead and a team dedicated to optimizing the applicant and rider experience.
This will be a fixed-term contract role till 28 February 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to applicants and new riders, ensuring smooth communication
- Guide potential riders through the application steps, helping them overcome challenges and move forward
- Reaching set engagement targets of new riders through structured and efficient work in our engagement portal
- Assist newly engaged riders in getting started efficiently
- Accurately document interactions in our systems and track data using tools like Sheets
- Provide exceptional service by building positive relationships with applicants and riders
- Collaborate with the recruitment and logistics teams to enhance the onboarding experience
To succeed in the role as Rider Supply Coordinator, we imagine that you:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or an administrative role with frequent outbound/inbound calls.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with G-Suite (Sheets and Slides), experience with support systems (ticketing system or similar)
- Language: Fluency in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written. Additional languages count as a plus.
