We are now looking for our Associate, Rider Compliance who will provide feedback to riders who do not meet performance expectations, to follow up and ensure we have streamlined processes to manage compliance for our fleet nationally while adhering to all legal regulations.
Where does the position belong? You'll be joining our Logistics department, working closely with the Hiring & Quality Team Lead and a team dedicated to optimizing the applicant and rider experience.
This will be a fixed-term contract role till 28 February 2026.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all compliance processes are up to date, accessible, and well-tailored for the entire logistics team. This includes:
- Monitoring reports and working to improve the fleet’s average performance
- Overseeing, training, and executing disciplinary actions across the fleet and department:
- Reviewing the weekly KPI dashboard for riders
- Tracking progress on weekly rider-level KPIs
- Ensuring repeated issues result in consequences
- Assisting in and continuously developing compliance-related training materials, including onboarding content
- Manage cases related to rider performance:
- Establish improvement plans for riders with compliance issues
- Execute off-boardings when improvement is not feasible
- Manage cases related to rider behavior during shifts:
- Establish improvement plans for attitude or conduct problems
- Execute off-boardings when improvement is not feasible
- Daily follow-up with riders contacting our support center
- Create and enhance knowledge base resources for riders
- Plan and conduct check-ins, dialogue sessions, and review meetings
- Minimum 3 years of education in logistics, law, and/or HR-related systems work, or equivalent professional experience in logistics and/or HR systems
- Background in customer service, logistics, and/or HR
- Proficiency with Excel and G Suite
- Experience in process documentation, protocol writing, and meeting minute-taking
- Understanding of labor law and HR processes
- Broad knowledge of logistics operations, regulations, and routines
- Customer service experience, including direct customer interaction and service-focused writing
- Strong user proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Additional languages are a plus
