About the program
We are looking for innovative, ambitious individuals to join us and work on global products in our key verticals, impacting the lives of millions of users daily.
We offer a unique environment for you to learn and develop your skills, and to contribute to the development of our cutting-edge science and Machine Learning solutions. You will have some of the most talented and experienced ML engineers and Data Scientists in the industry as mentors to help you ramp up, and a support group you can go to for help and connection.
To be eligible for our program, you must:
Have the right to live in Germany and/or hold an EU passport
Have (or be graduating this summer from) a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field
If graduated, you may have a maximum of 2 years of Data experience in the above scopes through projects, internships, and/or full-time work
Note: Coding bootcamp graduates are also eligible to apply
Showcase interest in/excitement for data-science outside of the classroom (open-source/side projects, leadership/volunteering roles, Kaggle competitions, Github activity, conference attendance, etc.)
Be an analytical thinker and strong problem solver with a humble, inquisitive approach
Have good communication and collaboration skills
Be business fluent in English
Be excited about working in a fast-moving, agile company where we learn from our mistakes
What you need to be successful
- Good coding skills in Python and its scientific stack (e.g., Pandas, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Knowledge of best practices in software engineering
SQL and data warehousing (BigQuery, Redshift)
Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical methods
Additionally, we expect your curiosity and interest in learning/trying out new technologies.
