About the opportunity
1. Operational Management: Daily warehouse operations, ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards, implement efficient processes, and monitor productivity and quality.
2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and develop inventory control policies.
3. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and carriers, ensure timely delivery of goods, and manage logistics for efficiency.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory accuracy, DC to warehouse delivery time and fillrate, on-time receiving, warehouse utilization, labor productivity, pick and pack rates and safety incident rates. Generate performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and stay updated on industry trends.
What you need to be successful
- Candidate should have completed their Bachelor or Dimploma degree.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
