Assistant Warehouse In-Charge

Job Summary:
Assistant Warehouse In-Charge operations, including inventory, storage, and distribution of supplies, materials, and equipment. This role ensures efficient processes, accurate reporting, and optimal warehouse space usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee the processing, packaging, and storage of materials. Ensure smooth receipt, storage, and shipment in line with procedures.

• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records; audit incoming goods and account for all materials.

• Scheduling & Coordination: Plan shipping and receiving schedules to regulate warehouse flow and optimize space.

• Optimization & Maintenance: Evaluate warehouse processes, ensure effective space use, and uphold facility and equipment maintenance standards.

- Candidate should have completed their Bachelor or Dimploma degree.

- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
