About the opportunity

  • Training Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Leadership Development:
  • Motivate and enable the training team to achieve their goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • New Joiner Onboarding:
  • Set standards and provide direction for onboarding processes.
  • Training Evaluation:
  • Create and monitor KPIs to assess trainer performance and training impact.
  • Talent Management:
  • Provide continuous development for stakeholders and leaders through innovative methodologies (Train the Expert).
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop data-driven strategies to achieve key performance metrics, such as conversion rates and sales targets.
  • Innovation:
  • Leverage technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness in training delivery.

What you need to be successful

  • Diploma in Training, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Certified HRD Corp Certified Trainer
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, Sales Consultant, or Sales Team Leader
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Project management experience, including managing multiple training initiatives
