Analyst, Performance Management & Strategy

We are on the lookout for an Analyst, Performance Management & Strategy to join the International Markets team (COO's office) on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of the team that shapes Delivery Hero’s strategy across 70+ markets worldwide. In the International Markets Team, you’ll contribute to high-impact projects that drive value, support profitability, and unlock growth opportunities on a global scale. Working closely with regional and central leadership, your work will directly influence how we prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and execute strategies that keep us ahead.

In this role you will 

• work within a large and high performing team focused on providing the company’s Senior Management with key insights guiding Delivery Hero's strategy

• monitor and challenge the business performance, both operational and financial, and highlight ways to improve it with supporting analysis

• present your insights and recommendations to key decision makers, including Delivery Hero C-level Management, Regional Directors, and local Management and/ or function teams such as Marketing, Sales, Q-commerce, Logistics and Product.

• help set targets for Local Management teams in Delivery Hero’s 70+ markets

• work closely with BI and Data teams to build products to build products, frameworks and analysis.

• You have 2+ years of work experience (not counting internships) in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory services, business development or tech

• You are highly motivated, willing to take ownership of tasks and determined to see projects through to completion

• You are able to create structured solutions while working independently in a fast-paced professional environment

• You have a high degree of comfort with financial statements & business analytics, and are adept at taking decisions based on both intuition and data

• You enjoy solving complex data problems in Excel / Google sheets and have high attention to detail. Knowledge of tools such as SQL, Tableau and/or Looker is a strong plus

• You are a hands-on team player with advanced communication skills, verbal and written
