About the opportunity

Role Summary
Supporting in New Verticals operations and maintaining an excellent vendor / customer experience 24/7. Taking ownership in resolving any issue, highlighting any possible obstacle, prompt in communication with vendors, monitoring daily ops, analyzing reasons behind spike or drop in KPIs.

What’s On Your Plate?
Operations:
● Monitor vendors daily operations to make sure orders processes are smooth and customers orders are fulfilled.
● Support in improving new verticals KPIs by working closely with account managers and partners to identify and solve key issues.
● Analyze reasons behind vendors orders cancellation (per brand, per branch, per area, etc.).


Content:
● Administrative assistance to vendors and account managers.
● Train vendor pickers on how to use essential systems to receive and fulfill orders such as Pelican, Vendor Portal, etc.
● Analyzing items availability and top selling on vendor’s branches level, most selling and most out of stock items and escalating it to the team leader.
● Resolve technical issues on time for vendors (location, vendor portal, 9cookies, Pelican, Shopper Management, PIM, Catalog, etc.).
● Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for content related matters (Account Managers, Vendors, etc.).

What Did We Order?
● Bachelor’s degree.
● Good analytical skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Committed to own performance and development.
● Effective organizational skills.
● Basic - Intermediate skills in excel.
● Ability to work as part of a fast-growing team and be a team player.
● English is a must; Arabic is an advantage.
