We are now looking for a new Account Manager who will take full commercial responsibility for your assigned restaurant portfolio. Your focus will be on optimizing and developing our partnerships, while providing a great vendor experience for our partners.
You will be a part of our Commercial Department which consists of New Sales Team, Account Management teams, Key Account Management team and Partner Operations - and will report to Regional Lead of Account Management.
What you will be doing:
Helping our restaurant partners to succeed by selling vendors the right mix of foodora’s additional services
Execute given projects in the assigned vendor portfolio
Ensuring excellent vendor experience by being their main point of contact for the vendors in the assigned portfolio.
Regular partner meetings and follow up sales calls
Active and versatile use of data in developing and growing the assigned vendor portfolio
To succeed in the role of Account Manager, we are looking for someone who:
Holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or another relevant field.
You have a couple of years experience where external customer relationships has been a key focus, as well as sales
Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal (in finnish and english)
Obtains a drivers license

You are independent, take initiative while being able to structure your days without having a manager nearby
You have a hands-on attitude and are ready to grow and develop
You are a natural relationship-builder and feel comfortable in negotiation settings
You have the ability to think strategically and continuously assess what is in the best interest of the company
