Glovo Spain is evolving its delivery model, and we are building the team to lead this transition. As a 3PL Account Manager, you will own the strategic relationship with 5-8 third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
You won’t just manage accounts; you will be their strategic advisor. Your goal is to use data to help them scale, improve their unit economics, and ensure top-tier fleet performance. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role where your negotiation and execution will directly impact Glovo’s marketplace health in Spain.
Responsibilities
Own partner relationships: Act as the main business partner for 3PL owners, driving regular reviews to align their growth with Glovo’s objectives.
Scale volume & efficiency: Analyze fleet KPIs to maximize order volumes, fix operational bottlenecks, and improve partner profitability.
Drive tool adoption: Onboard and pitch new Glovo tech, features, and processes to partners to optimize their daily operations.
Manage contracts & SLAs: Ensure strict contract execution, lead commercial renegotiations, and guarantee high-quality service levels.
Unblock problems cross-functionally: Work toe-to-toe with Billing, Pricing, Legal, and Ops to solve complex issues fast and ensure a smooth partner experience.
Turn data into action: Partner with our Strategy & Data team to launch local initiatives and experiments based on marketplace insights.
2 years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Consulting (ideally in delivery, e-commerce, or logistics).
Commercial & negotiation skills: Ability to build trust and handle tough commercial conversations with business owners.
Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data and tracking KPIs to optimize business margins and growth.
Proactive & ownership-driven: A clear bias for action, comfortable navigating structural changes and ambiguity.
Tech & tool-savvy: Familiarity with digital tools and dashboard platforms (e.g., Google Sheets, Looker).
Languages: Native/Fluent Spanish and high working proficiency in English.
