About the opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Working Student- Transfer Pricing (all genders) to join the Transfer Pricing team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
The Transfer Pricing Team is responsible for setting Transfer Pricing Guidance for all intercompany transactions within the DH Group in order to ensure compliance with local tax laws and international standards. The Team publishes internal TP Policies, supports the local and regional teams to meet local documentation requirements and supports in local tax audits.
The Team always tries to understand the details of business operations to be able to support in finding an appropriate internal pricing mechanism. We listen to the different business needs and try to find solutions that suit our stakeholder’s intentions and needs. For that reason the role involves close cooperation with Legal, Accounting & Controlling Teams as well as Tax specialists from other regions.

In this role you will
Assist in the preparation and analysis of transfer pricing documentation and documentation of intercompany transactions, including benchmarking studies, intercompany agreements, and functional analysis.
Conduct research on transfer pricing regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with local tax laws and international standards.
Support the analysis and documentation of transfer pricing methodologies used within the company.
Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing reports and supporting documentation for local tax authorities.
Assist in the preparation and review of transfer pricing calculations, such as profit allocations and cost-sharing arrangements.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for transfer pricing compliance and reporting.
What you need to be successful
What you need to be successful
Currently doing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field: Business/Finance/Accounting
Willingness and motivation to learn about Tax and Transfer Pricing topics
Ability to deal with lots of data resources and documents
Fluency in spoken and written English
An analytical mindset and an interest in working with numbers
Availability of 20 hours per week for at least 1 year
