About the opportunity
We are looking for a Working Student - Product Operations Specialist to join our Q-commerce team and reinvent on-demand delivery with us. If you’re a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!
Quick Commerce refers to Delivery Hero’s efforts to deliver groceries and other non-food items in 20-30 min to our global customer base, fulfilled from their own ‘darkstores’ (DMarts) or through partner vendors. Quick Commerce is a fast growing Business Unit within Delivery Hero and a major platform for investment.
You will be the first point of contact for our local operational / commercial teams to sort out bug reports and support inquiries related to our Product Stack
You will become an expert in a vital platform supporting our Global Catalog of Quick Commerce Products and drive / maintain / update documentation and troubleshooting guides for them
You will work with Engineers to investigate and solve bug reports
You will look into our Bug reports, Data, identify patterns and propose solutions to drive for improvements
You will support the launch and lifecycle of features, working closely with engineering, product and business teams
You will handle multiple issues at once while keeping clear, calm, and friendly communication to all stakeholders even in the most stressful times
You will assess the importance of the different requests based on their business impact and will organize and prioritize your work around it
What you need to be successful
You are looking for a part-time (20h/week) long-term working relationship (1-year contract)
Currently enrolled in your Bachelor or Master's studies at a University in Germany with a technical background either gained through experience or a technical degree.
Eager to work in a fast-paced, fault-tolerant, agile environment with cross-functional teams
Tech savvy and excited to learn and try out new things
Proactive mentality and a desire to solve problems creatively and make an impact
A user-first mentality with a drive to support users
Interested in an international environment and be in touch with all Delivery Hero teams around the globe
Strong communicator with excellent English language skills in written and verbal, able to get ideas across effectively
Experience in / proficient skills in project management, data analysis, Excel, Agile Software Development process and related tools are a plus
