We are on the lookout for a dynamic Workforce Manager to join our Service Operations Mgmt team for Nordics & Austria! Your mission

  • Collaborate with the foodora nordics countries to assess staffing needs and develop optimal staffing strategies aligned with our operational requirements.

  • Analyze and optimize the skills, distribution, and performance of the Service Operations department's workforce.

  • Forecast the staffing demands so that our workforce is always aligned with the volumes of incoming customer inquiries. 

  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, such as turnover rates, skill shortages and productivity levels. 

  • Have the strategic responsibility of the staffing budget and collaborate closely with the Finance departments in the nordic countries to ensure accurate forecasting and aligned costs. 

  • Proactively identify and address gaps and challenges in the Workforce Management function, such as cost-saving opportunities, new staffing methods, and process improvements. 

  • Collaboration with our outsourcing partners and together with other stakeholders optimize and plan their staffing.

What you need to be successful

  • 5+ years of previous experience from a similar role, such as Workforce Manager, Senior Workforce Planner & Operations manager

  • Experience with working in different WFM systems is considered a plus 

  • You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. 

  • Previous experience from a customer service organization is considered a big plus

  • If you have some experience within leadership roles, that will be considered a plus

  • Good knowledge within Excel and Google sheets
