We are looking for a Workday Integrations Specialist (all genders) to join the People Systems team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Short description of the team & position:

You'll join us on our journey of rolling out Workday globally and strive to provide an exceptional employee experience. Our team collaborates with people from various teams such as People & Culture, Tech, Finance, Payroll, IT Security and Audit.

You’ll sit in the HQ team in Berlin made up of 15 collaborative members and work with a diverse set of integrations and systems setups between our global brands on a global scale!

• Create new Workday integrations using REST, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI & PICOF.

• Configure payroll GPC PECI integrations.

• Provide support to existing Workday integrations, resolve integration issues requiring in-depth expertise in the Workday solution & identify and recommend technical solutions to address opportunities to improve existing processes.

• Create new custom reports involving complex calculated fields.

• Assisting the functional consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations that overlap with functional design or business process operations.

• Ensuring local HR systems and processes are documented and aligned with HR strategies, policies, and governmental regulations

• Support with Workday Update cycles by researching upcoming features and functionality, understanding impact on current processes, and leading and documenting test efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Design, Build, Test, and Deploying Workday Integration solutions using Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT and Workday Studio.

• Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)

• Integration experience in PICOF and PECI-based integrations including GPC (Global Payroll Connectors) and Supplemental Payroll Integrations

• Proficiency in Workday Report Writing

• Knowledge of HCM fundamentals and Security

• Detailed understanding of Workday Integration processes and best practices

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Previously experience as a Certified Workday Consultant

• Ability to work in an Agile environment with ticket management and project management tools like JIRA, Service Now, etc

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
