Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise incoming fresh fruits and vegetables at receiving points and ensure compliance with defined quality specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks, rejections, and supplier performance.
• Oversee repacking and trimming operations ensuring hygiene, correct labelling, and minimal wastage.
• Monitor packaging material quality, weight accuracy, and traceability during DC operations.
• Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) practices are strictly followed.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards (BSTI, BFSA, and internal QA protocols).
• Monitor temperature and humidity controls in storage and transit areas
• Support internal and external audits and maintain documentation.
• Train team members on produce handling, quality parameters, and hygiene practices.
• Maintain daily quality reports, rejection summaries, and shelf-life records.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or extended hours when required.

Qualifications

• You have to complete your Bachelor / Diploma degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Team management.
