We are looking for a Equipment Administrator to join our dynamic Logistics team. You will be responsible for handling our equipment inventory, distribution, and maintenance processes. In this role, you will ensure the efficient and accurate handling of equipment-related tasks, supporting operational needs and maintaining high standards of organization and safety.
What you ‘ll do:
Handle riders equipment distribution
Record & maintain accurate data in internal tools
Provide support to riders related to equipment matters
Handle equipment maintenance, recycle & destruction
Conduct and report inventory count
Perform other administrative duties as required
Maintain clean and safe working environment
What you ‘ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
Proven experience in logistics operations, or a related role
Prior knowledge of a WMS system will be considered a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek & English language)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
