Vendor Operations Manager, EU
We are looking for a Vendor Operations Manager, EU to join our European business. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 9 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions. The regional Vendor Operations team focuses on making sure that our vendor partners are performing at their best, and at the same time having a great experience partnering with us. We leverage the latest in technology, and the best in class processes to ensure that we have the best in class selection for our customers.
Your Mission:
Together with the EU regional team and the country management teams, own several pieces of Vendor Performance and Experience, with a key focus on product
Lead the product roadmap for one or more of the key products focused on vendor performance and experience
Listen to and understand the feedback from our vendors, on-the-ground teams, customers, and other stakeholders, and identify key product solutions to address their problems/ feedback
Own end-to-end several projects targeted at improving vendor performance and experience - analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, present and get buy-in from relevant stakeholders, and manage the full implementation
Your Heroic Skills:
5-7 years of experience in the ‘tech-food-delivery’ industry, with a focus on vendor performance, and/or product management
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines
Strong problem solving skills - ability to breakdown a complex business problems, creating visualizations to summarize data
Solid project management skills and track record of successful execution
Proficiency in MS Excel, is a must, and proficiency in SQL, and Data Visualisation Tools (such as Tableau) will be a huge advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to professionally handle stress, and tight deadlines/ high expectations
