Vendor Operations Intern

• You will help analyze and identify gaps in vendor operations processes

• You will assist the vendor operations team with assessing and troubleshooting vendor operations issues and concerns

• You will communicate with foodpanda vendors to investigate and resolve any issues that are hindering their day-to-day operations

• You will also be involved in the rollout of vendor content enrichment and optimization initiatives with our partner vendors

• Must be an academically required internship.

• Relevant knowledge in stakeholder management and communication is a must

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills and must have a customer-oriented mindset

• Must be able to manage and analyze data sets using Excel and is well versed in data reporting and storytelling

• Experience with SQL and Data Studio tools is a plus
