About the opportunity
We’re looking for a dedicated Vendor Care Agent to join us, fully focused on supporting our vendors with DH Pay, our payment solution.
You’ll play a key role in helping our partners have a smooth, compliant, and positive experience. From onboarding and verifying vendor data to supporting day-to-day requests, your goal is to build trust, ensure accuracy, and keep things moving efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
Be the go-to person for vendors using DH Pay, guiding them through onboarding and setup
Review and verify vendor information and documentation in line with regulatory and internal standards
Make sure our partners enjoy a smooth and friendly onboarding experience
Support vendors with any DH Pay-related questions or requests
Investigate and resolve issues or complaints with a solutions-first mindset
Handle and protect sensitive information with care and confidentiality
Collaborate with other teams (Sales, Legal, Finance) to make sure vendor journeys are seamless
Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date
Help track data and generate reports to support process improvements
What you need to be successful
What we’d like to see:
1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, ideally in KYC, vendor care, or payments
You’re detail-oriented and love staying organized
You enjoy solving problems and finding the best path forward
You’re great with people, empathetic, clear, and confident in your communication
Fluent in Greek & English
You’re a team player and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
You’re curious, tech-savvy, and eager to learn more about compliance, finance, or payment systems
