About the opportunity

We are looking for a Travel Management Associate (all genders) to join the Travel Management Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

This position is part time (30 hours per week), and temporary (6 month contract). 

  • Assist the Travel Management team in their day to day work by providing first-class support, including full administrative task ownership.

  • Provide customer service support to our business travelers through the ticketing system, and in other communication channels where required.

  • Understand and enforce our Business Travel policy within the context of business travel booking and expense management. 

  • Be the back-up for travel bookings and trip administration. 

  • Work towards improving operations in order to facilitate the team's daily activities.

  • Work on ad-hoc tasks and projects, and provide additional support where required.

 


What you need to be successful

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an assistant, administrative, or customer service role, or other role where organizational skills, working independently and proactivity are critical.

  • Extremely quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running from day one. 

  • First-class written communication skills in English. German is a plus.

  • Customer focused, solution-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities.

  • Natural relationship builder with impeccable stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly professional individual, driven, resourceful, detail oriented and happy to work in a fast paced, dynamic office where you have to think outside the box and provide an exceptional level of service.

  • Experience in corporate travel or travel management at provider level is advantageous.
