Foodora is looking for a Traffic Compliance Specialist (Trafikansvarig) to oversee our transport activities and ensure compliance with Swedish laws. Your mission
Oversee Foodora’s transport operations to ensure compliance with Swedish legal standards.
Manage daily updates of the vehicle fleet, including registering and deregistering vehicles to ensure they are permitted for commercial deliveries.
Act as the Point of Contact for our e-car operations, collaborating with entities like Abax, CarValoo, Däckia, Insurance providers, and Bilbörsen. You will manage projects related to utilization, training materials, and cost optimization for e-cars.
Liaise between stakeholders for ad-bikes, including KAMs, AMs, Marketing, Sales, and logistics, ensuring ads are implemented on time and to a high standard.
Lead the light e-vehicles project, maintaining relationships with GoCiklo and overseeing pricing, costs, and fleet expansion efforts.
Participate in ongoing projects such as battery swap initiatives, Foodora driving school, and partnerships that benefit our riders.

As you'll be interacting with various stakeholders, your knack for building strong relationships will be essential to achieving outstanding results.

Start date: Upon agreement
Experience in managing transport operations or working in a logistics-related role
Experience or genuine interest in big data breakdown and data analysis, SQL
Knowledge of Swedish transport laws and regulations (or willingness to quickly learn them)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Possess or are prepared to obtain approved tests of “yrkeskunnande för yrkesmässig trafik” at Trafikverket
Fluent in both Swedish and English
Driver license is a plus
