What's on your plate?
- Responsible for tracking and enhancing 3pl's performance in his assigned zones and also responsible for making the day to day operations and communication with the 3pls to be smooth and dynamic.
- Responsible for tracking the coordinators and the captain's when it comes to 3pl's requests and inquiries response rate and SLA.
- Making sure that Critical Cases ( Jira Tickets ) are closed within SLA.
- Send daily reports to Coordinators including their performance & Efficiency + Sharing insights and directions to help them improve Performance.
- Responsible for tracking the performance of the vendors on a daily basis and report directly the top offenders to the Supervisor.
- Responsible for a zone or more in the district to focus on it's performance and to dig deeper into the obstacles and raise flags with a detailed reporting and analytics on a daily basis.
- Running a weekly live meeting with 3PL managers to assess their performance and recoach them if needed.
- To Run a weekly meeting with store managers to insure dynamic and smooth operations and co-operation between both functions.
What did we order?
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or any other related field.
- 3-4 Years of full time experience in logistics.
- Experience with drivers.
- Flexibility.
- Experience managing large groups of people.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Leadership skills.
- Fluent in both languages Arabic and English.
- Communication skills (Written and Verbal).
