Lead and motivate a team of staff, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support.
Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide feedback and coaching.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
Implement strategies to improve processes and streamline workflow.
Liaise with other departments to ensure cohesive business operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners and vendors.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with vendors.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle customer complaints and feedback, providing solutions to issues.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on team performance, operational challenges, and achievements.
Participate in the development of long-term strategies to enhance business growth.
Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement new opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Oversee budgeting for your team, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.
Ensure that all services and operations meet industry standards and company quality criteria.
Regularly assess operational processes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Facilitate effective communication between the team and other departments or partners.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge team effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance team performance.
Expected to efficiently handle additional tasks as assigned by the manager
Secondary Tasks :
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Utilize market insights to inform business strategies and decision-making.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with product development teams to enhance service offerings.
Gather feedback from vendor’s and team members to inform product improvements.
Identify training needs within the team and arrange for appropriate professional development opportunities.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure effective utilization of technology and digital tools within the team for optimal performance.
