We are looking for a Team Assistant (all genders) to support the extended management team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
We are seeking a bright, self-motivated and enthusiastic Team Assistant to support our Singapore-based Foodpanda team in an exciting and fast-paced role. Our ideal candidate will be used to managing constantly changing diaries and travel, flexible in approach and able to change direction at a moment’s notice. You will enjoy the challenge of a busy environment, with lots of ambiguity, problem solving and continuous learning. You will have high standards in your work, with excellent attention to detail and you will go above and beyond to help the team operate more efficiently.

Your mission:
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and team events for our VP Legal
- Culture driver: Support a positive and collaborative team culture by reflecting the company's values in daily interactions. Help maintain smooth communication across the teams
- Communication & Coordination: Acting as an interface between different teams and external partners, ensuring smooth information flow
- Event Management: Driving internal events and administrative office tasks
- Travel Coordination: Assisting with planning and booking business trips, including expense reporting for our VP Legal & for one Senior Director
- Relational management: Develop and maintain solid working relationships with key stakeholders to effectively deliver seamless administrative support service to the business.

The heroic skills:
- You have gained a minimum of 3 years of work experience, supporting management
- You have excellent communication skills ensuring that tact, discretion and diplomacy are at the forefront of your interactions
- You have first-class written and communication skills in English
- You have experience in working with teams in multiple locations and time zones
- You are a highly professional individual, driven, resourceful, detail oriented and happy to work in a fast paced, dynamic office where you have to think outside the box and provide an exceptional level of service and solutions
- You are customer-focused, solution-oriented, discreet and resilient with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- You are a natural relationship builder and have impeccable stakeholder management skills
- You are a pro-active, pragmatic and personable individual who enjoys interaction with diverse groups of people
Nice to have:
- Experience providing administrative support to a General Counsel or other senior legal executives
- Previous work in a Legal Team Assistant role or within a legal department would be a plus
