Meet the team:
You’ll join a high performing team of 21 assistants who are responsible for providing exceptional support across the company. Our purpose is to increase the productivity of our teams and help contribute to accomplishing their business goals as well as improving departmental culture and process efficiency. You will be the magic maker who ensures your department is functioning at its best.
About the opportunity:
You will assist in coordinating key events, including major leadership meetings, team offsites, and various summits and events as needed.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership on key projects, including tracking objectives and managing key initiatives, while playing a support role within the team.
You will contribute to improving operational processes to enhance the efficiency of day-to-day activities.
You will act as a cultural ambassador within the organization, leading efforts such as all-hands meetings, maintaining updated documentation, improving processes, and providing holiday coverage.
You will manage travel arrangements, trip preparation, and expense reporting for senior leaders.
You will enjoy solving problems big and small, and liaising with externals confidently in German.
You will take on additional tasks and projects as needed to provide support across the team.
What you need to be successful
- You have gained a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience, in team support, or coordinator roles.
You have excellent communication skills ensuring that tact, discretion and confidentiality are at the forefront of your interactions.
You have first-class written communication skills in English, and you are a fluent German speaker (B2+).
You are customer focused, solution-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail and resilience, and have excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
You are a natural relationship builder and have impeccable stakeholder management skills.
You are a pro-active, pragmatic and personable individual who enjoys interaction with diverse groups of people.
Nice to have:
Background in hospitality or experience in optimizing company processes (strong plus).
Background in a highly diverse, fast-paced environment.
