Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in Bangsar South. You will be identifying and sourcing top talents across various Business functions and levels, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and more. If you are looking for a fast-paced tech environment where you can gain hands-on experience and create significant impact, we would like to hear from you!

What's on the menu:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, encompasses tasks such as job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and offers.
• Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders like hiring managers and department leaders to craft recruitment strategies that meet foodpanda evolving talent needs.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with hiring managers to collectively craft and refine detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities required for potential candidates.
• Maintain meticulous candidate and recruitment records in our applicant tracking system, adhering to foodpanda’s stringent hiring policies.
• Ensure an unparalleled candidate experience, offering a seamless journey from the first point of contact to onboarding.
• Work closely with the team to prepare weekly and monthly Talent Acquisition reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar position.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment across multiple functional areas.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-oriented mindset.
