This role is critical to scaling our hiring operations and driving consistency, efficiency, and quality across our global TA function.

Key Responsibilities

Program Design & Execution

  • Lead the planning, launch, and adoption of TA programs (e.g., hiring manager enablement, interview training, intake/kickoff calibration, DEI recruiting initiatives).

  • Build scalable frameworks, training and toolkits to support program/process adoption globally.

  • Manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, and success metrics.

TA Process Optimization

  • Identify process inefficiencies and partner with TA Ops, People Systems, and recruiters to design solutions.

  • Support global harmonization and alignment of key workflows (e.g., job intake/kickoff, talent identification, candidate evaluation, ATS adoption & accuracy, offer management).

  • Partner with Employer Branding and Talent Analytics to ensure data-led decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the liaison between TA and business leaders, HRBPs, and systems teams.

  • Drive alignment and visibility through clear communication, updates, training calendars, and documentation.

  • Ensure recruiting programs are aligned to business goals and talent strategy.

Reporting & Measurement

  • Define and track key metrics to assess program impact (adoption, efficiency, speed and quality of hire, etc.)

  • Prepare reports, presentations, QBRs and recommendations for TA Leadership.

  • Use data to continuously iterate and improve program design and delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, Program Management, or Talent Development

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects

  • Strong project management skills (e.g., tools like Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Workday)

  • Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization

  • Familiarity with DEI recruiting strategies

  • Experience implementing process or systems change in TA

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased adoption of global recruiting processes
