Talent Acquisition Manager

We are building a new Customer Service Operations Hub in Budapest to support foodora markets across Europe — and we are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the hiring efforts.
In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for all hub positions, with a strong focus on multilingual hiring, including German, Czech, and other EU languages. You’ll drive proactive sourcing, university and language school partnerships, and ensure a fast, high-quality candidate experience as we scale rapidly.
You’ll be part of a mission-driven TA team focused on raising the bar, delivering value fast, and creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end hiring for all customer service roles within the Budapest Hub
• Build strong local talent pipelines across German, Czech, Hungarian, and other EU languages
• Develop strategic partnerships with language schools, universities, and vocational institutions
• Partner closely with operations leadership to scope roles, understand volume forecasts, and ensure hiring readiness
• Collaborate with TA Operations to ensure efficient processes, reporting, and compliance
• Represent foodora’s employer brand in local job fairs, school events, and campus initiatives
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviews and lead calibration/debrief sessions
• Monitor key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, offer acceptance) and adjust strategy as needed

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-volume, multilingual, or customer service hiring
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with the Hungarian talent market
• Experience building campus and institutional partnerships
• Able to balance hands-on execution with strategic talent planning
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Fluent in English; Hungarian or any EU language is a plus
