Talent Acquisition Intern

• Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in a wide range of recruitment related activities.
• Sourcing of quality talent for various business functions, using multiple channels.
• Perform efficient interview scheduling for stakeholders in APAC regional team.
• Generation and issuance of employment contracts to candidates.
• Ensure all systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters ATS) and trackers are correctly updated.
• Contribute to operational initiatives and projects.

• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task, with excellent time management skills.
• Adaptable and able to resolve operational issues quickly.
• Strong process orientation and meticulous.
• Knowledge of G-Suites, prior experience in SmartRecruiters platform would be ideal.
