Store Area Supervisor

Our team is looking for the a results-oriented Store Area Supervisor to join us ! As part of a vibrant team you will ensure all operations are carried out effectively, keeping quality levels high and cost-efficiently.
                                                    
You'll support the store processes, ensure contractual agreements are honored and, at the same time, compliance standards are maintained fully. Also, you will dive into stores sales and financial data, P&L, KPIs and use them to improve store profitability & monitor the contracts and compliance of operating standards with the Franchisees/ Retailers                                                        
                                                        
What you'll do:                                                                                               

• Manage a portfolio of franchise retail stores according to retail standards and each one's plan while nurturing our relationship with the franchisees               
• Implement efficient processes and standards for the convenience store daily operations and foster across our culture of exceptional service                     
• Set a Sales & profitability plan in the area & stores of responsibility                
• Implementation of commercial agreements 100% store layout, product categories, approved product mix, planograms, promotions (execute merchandising with the Franchisee and store staff where necessary)              
• Achieve purchases plan/targets from approved suppliers                                 
• Implement the pricing policy for each store & monitor per-store retail KPIs
• Implement the Train the trainer model for the Franchise and their staff & monitor completion through records of training                                                 
• Support the whole process of new store openings end-to-end                      
• Ensure compliance of the Franchisee based on Franchise agreement            
• Contribute in the network growth with leads for new KCS (Franchisee’s leads, local info)                                                        
• Ensure all the necessary safety, security, quality standards and processes are followed                                                        

                                                        
What you'll need:                                                                                     

• At least 3 years of work experience as a Store Manager, ideally in the retail industry                                                         
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field will be considered a plus
• Proficient user of MS Office, especially MS Excel                                             
• Goal-oriented and passionate about sales - customer-centric approach
• Strong supervisory skills: approachability, energy, and enthusiasm for motivating and engaging others
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and exhibit a professional demeanor
