Job description
Apply a range of data analysis techniques to enable senior managers to understand the effectiveness of services, potential risks, and lines of inquiry that require further review or audit.
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop custom reports and analyses to support decision-making.
Assist in designing and implementing data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Apply statistical analysis techniques to identify correlations, trends, and potential areas for improvement or growth.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress towards goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis.
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify areas of opportunity and improvement within the food aggregator market.
Collaborate with the technology team to improve data integration, automation, and storage systems for efficient data access and processing.
Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by training and supporting colleagues in data tools, techniques, and best practices.
Lead/participate in cross-functional meetings and projects, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to guide strategic initiatives.
Planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling different projects in the country.
Provide monthly performance reports on different business OKRs.
Develop and optimize processes to enable scalable growth with a focus on new process efficiency, standardization, and business planning.
Conduct quantitative complex analysis requiring data retrieval that results in conclusions and recommendations to move projects forward.
Support operations for country teams to meet operational improvement metrics, providing guidance, and creating tools and processes for scalable improvement.
Collaborate on critical operational excellence projects through analysis and recommendations.
Identify process automation/improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives.

Have (preferably) successful experience in a solid consulting firm
Have at least 3 years of working experience
Excellent communicator and collaborator at all levels
Expert PowerPoint and Excel skills
Back up your opinions with data and clear well-structured cases.
Strong analytical skills
You are execution-focused and have a proven record of success in complex environments
Results-driven, high-performing, high-quality work attitude
