What's On Your Plate?

As Sr. Logistics Projects Specialist, you will influence decision-making through quality and depth of analytical insights based on data along with recommendations for improvement. In particular, you will focus on the following:

• Help in optimizing our performance reporting structure and repeatable process
• Optimize our KPI dashboard with continuous flow of data
• Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement
• Develop reporting material in a succinct, visual manner
• Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc strategic analysis and reports from multiple data sources
• Get hands dirty with the data extraction from big data sources like AWS Redshift, Big Query, etc.
• Contribute heavily to the design and maintenance of the data models that allow us to measure performance and comprehend performance drivers for different areas of business.
• Propose enhancements to improve experience
• Contribute to improving our ways of work, our tooling, and our internal reporting structure.

What Did We Order?

• Bachelor’s degree. STEM and Economics backgrounds are highly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in tech start-ups or operational roles are highly preferred
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, data driven and results oriented attitude is required
• Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to drive complex ideas and process to diverse people across very markets and teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides
• SQL skills are required
• Working knowledge of geographical analysis and predictive modeling is preferred
• Tableau, or any similar reporting tools skills is required
