What You Will Do (Next 12-18 months):
Help define the future of our platform, working on making it more accessible and mapping out paths to sustainable profitability.
Build and coach a strong team of Strategy Analysts (IC1s), breaking down large projects into manageable workstreams for them to support.
What you need to be successful
What You Bring to the Table (Must-Haves):
5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a fast-paced analytical role within a high-growth environment.
A tertiary qualification in business, finance, economics, STEM, or a related field (top-tier academic background or business school preferred).
Highly strategic and structured thinking: you know how to break down and analyze problems at their root.
An entrepreneurial mindset: you are comfortable navigating extreme ambiguity, taking ownership of results, and creatively problem-solving.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply and manage expectations across a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize effectively and lead multiple project workstreams concurrently and independently.
A keen interest in tech, platform businesses, and last-mile logistics.
Nice-to-Haves
Demonstrated track record of translating practical recommendations into concrete action and results.
Intermediate SQL skills and proficiency in G-Suite (Sheets, Slides).
