Specialist Talent Acquisition (6 months contract)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent that aligns with our business needs. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

What’s On Your Plate?

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team culture.

• Proactively source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals).

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring efficiency and quality at each stage.

• Conduct structured interviews, role-specific assessments, and reference checks.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on recruitment progress and market insights.

• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance our presence in the talent market.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

• Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.

What Did We Order?

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in talent acquisition ideally within a fast paced environment. 

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment metrics.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
