About the opportunity

What’s on your menu?

Talent Acquisition

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various roles across the organization.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referral programs, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate a seamless interview process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Job Postings: Craft and manage job advertisements on multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Onboarding

  • New Hire Orientation: Organize and lead orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company’s culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Onboarding Plans: Develop and execute structured onboarding plans tailored to individual roles and departments.
  • Support and Guidance: Act as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all necessary paperwork and onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from new hires to continuously enhance the onboarding process.

Employer Branding

  • Brand Strategy: Design and execute employer branding strategies to position foodpanda Myanmar as an employer of choice.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, career pages, and other platforms that highlight the company's culture, values, and benefits.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders and internal teams to align employer branding initiatives with business goals.
  • Events and Campaigns: Plan and manage employer branding events, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and attract talent.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition and
  • branding efforts.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor degree in HRM or related experience.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Onboarding or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging branding content.
  • Proficiency in using social media and digital tools for recruitment and branding.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • High level of proficiency in the English language.
